What is Neucouple?
Neucouple is a free puzzle and matchmaking app. You play one short puzzle a day for six days, and on Friday night Neucouple introduces you to people nearby who think the way you do.
How do I find someone actually on my wavelength?
Play Neucouple's daily puzzles for a week. Your answers, speed and strongest skills build a picture of how you think, and on Friday night Neucouple shows you people nearby who think the same way, so you meet someone actually on your wavelength, not just someone with a nice photo.
How do puzzles help with matchmaking?
How you solve says a lot about how you think: quick or careful, words or logic, steady or bold. Neucouple compares your puzzle ratings, your strongest skills and your solving style with other players, and suggests the people on your wavelength.
What does “matchmaking through neurons” mean?
It is a playful way of saying we match minds, not just photos. Neucouple does not scan brains or use medical data; it only looks at how you play its puzzles.
Are these puzzles for couples too?
Yes. Couples can play the same daily puzzles, compare scores and share results, and matched players solve a short Sync Round together before they chat.
Which puzzles can I play?
Chess (mate in one), a mini Crossword, Word Grid, Memory Grid, Sports Silhouettes, a 6×6 Sudoku, Code Breaker, Slide, Next in Line, Unscramble and Flow. You pick six for your week, and Friday is a mixed Finale.
When do I meet my matches?
Match Night opens every Friday at 6 PM your time and stays open until Sunday night, for everyone who played at least five of the week's seven puzzles.
Is Neucouple free?
Yes, Neucouple is free to play and free to match.
Is it safe?
Your location is rounded to about 500 metres and never shown; others only see a distance range. You can report or block anyone, and we suggest meeting somewhere public the first time.
